Yup, all is well... I'm just full-on into my thesis at the moment* and had to make some sacrifices. The blog is one of them.

Perhaps it will return someday (which is why I have not deleted it), but only should something arise that I haven't already noised to death. Since I have literally no interest in an election between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, it will most likely not be political in any way...

* 25,850 34,828 words thus far, and 275 380 improperly-formatted footnotes. Then I have to follow that with a 25-pager on the War of Jenkins Ear 1704 Deerfield Raid.
