He should know, being one of, and intimately familiar with both.
Worst President the nation could ever imagine. Moderns who assign said title to Bush, Obama, or even Carter have truly never explored even the surface of the damage this man did to the country.
I love it when Wilson worshipers complain about McCarthyism.
Back in the Dark Ages (before computers in every classroom), when I was in the same history department you are, one of the professors assigned a bio of Wilson to the class. I was part of a bio series and the prof said (and I paraphrase): "Every author of every presidential biography in this series has ended up in love with the president he or she wrote about...except for this one. There's just not much to love about Woodrow Wilson."
Well, he's dead. That makes me feel a little better about him.
He is dead, true.
But he and Mr. House - and especially those House worked for - left you presents and a legacy for your entire lifetime thus far, and the presents actually get much, much worse with time!
Now, that's talent and a legacy gift that keeps on "giving" (read: taking).
That's how we roll.
What's he got against strippers? i suppose back in his day, girls didn't need to work their way through college but I admite these hard-working young ladies (as often as I can).
Time to resurrect Wilson.
