Thus we can be sure that the whole world, with the exception of those who are presently saved (the elect), are under the judgment of God, and will be annihilated together with the whole physical world on October 21, 2011, on the last day of the present five months period. On that day the true believers (the elect) will be raptured. We must remember that only God knows who His elect are that He saved prior to May 21.Five months are up already? It seems like only yesterday that the false prophet known as Harold Camping was saying the world was going to end. There is hardly any reason to suspect that he'll be any more right this time, and I do note that apart from a few mocking press stories, no one is really paying attention. That is as it should be. Well, the "no one paying attention" part, not the mocking part. But as the mocking is self-inflicted, I don't think we Christians get to complain about it overly much.
We need to work on that "wise as serpents" part, it seems. As Newton noted of his own day's Harold Campings, "By this rashness they have not only exposed themselves, but brought the Prophecy also into contempt." Sometimes God's own people are his worst PR agents.

The day isn't over yet.
It is if you're Australian, mate.
Yes, but that isn't Mick Dundee in that hat.
Someone was telling me about this alleged resurrection in Nigeria, but I have not watched it all yet. Not sure if I'll bother.
Unnecessary news story of the day:
"Doomsday prophet Harold Camping’s revised prediction that the world would end on Oct. 21, 2011 turned out, once again, not to come true."
Really? Sweet.
