I can see the helipad from here. You might even get a small plane in there, depending on wind. I wonder if they have a well or have to collect rainwater. Definitely off the grid. I don't see any food being grown and those cliffs would make even abundant fishing hard to get to.
I would not be surprised to find that the only residents died there of starvation or falling down a cliff, no one ever checked on them and they get no mail delivery so no one is even trying to collect overdue taxes.
Ravaged by Vikings, I suspect.
Think the homes association will get on me for now cutting the grass?
NOW cuts the grass? Do they make sandwiches too?
