It's weird. You* occasionally see that - an anonymous post that makes absolutely no sense. But a more careful read will discover that the same comment turns up in other places, like here (first comment).
What does it mean? Some weird robo-commenter attempt to hack a blog? Some deranged Chinaman pulling words at random from Nataniel Hawthorne books? Janet Napolitano marking TSA territory the way my dog marks trees? And why? Like how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop, the world may never know.
